  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed product with original tags within 7 Days after your parcel will be delivered.
  • Customers need to return the Product via reliable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • You should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
